Introduction
R-5660-H series of Rigid Mica Plate is mica laminates designed for providing outstanding electrical insulation at high temperature, which consist of approximately 90 % Muscovite (or Phlogopite) and 10% high temperature resistant silicone resin. R-5660-H series has two species:
R-5660-H1:  Muscovite Rigid Mica Plate, Silver color, Heat resistance:
500℃/932°F (In constant operation), 750℃/1382°F  (in intermittent operation) .
R-5660-H3:  Phlogopite Rigid Mica Plate, Golden/Amber color, Heat resistance:
750℃/1382°F (In constant operation), 1000℃/1832°F  (in intermittent operation) .

Types
According to different mica papers:
◆ R-5660-H1: Rigid mica plate
◆ R-5660-H3: Rigid mica plate
According to varying degrees of surface smoothness:
◆R-5660-G1:Muscovite smooth plate
◆R-5660-G3:Phlogopite smooth plate

Properties
Relative to general insulation material, the prominent advantages of the flexible mica plate are:
◆ Excellent insulating properties at high temperature: At 500-1000℃ operating ambient temperature, the voltage breakdown resistance is 15KV/mm;
◆ Good tensile property: It can be processed into a variety of shapes without layer separation;
◆ Excellent environmental protection performance: The product contains no asbestos, and has less smoke and odors, even smokeless and odorless when heating;
◆ Excellent acid and alkali resistance, and oil resistance.

Thickness: 0.1mm 0.15mm 0.2mm~100mm
Length×Width: 1000×600mm 1000×1200mm 1000×2400mm
Note: The product less than 2.0mm thickness can be formed by stamping. The products larger than 2.0mm shall be processed by turning, milling, drilling and other processes.

Packing
One pack is 50kg in general. The product is sealed usually with plastic film and packed in carton. The fumigation-free pallet shall be used when exporting. Each pallet contains <1000KG or protected by metal drum.

Storage
Stored in dry and moisture-proof indoor place at room temperature, there is no service life limit.
