Description: Corrugated Fin Wall for Transformer
Finwalls are designed to be used in the transformer tanks up to 10 MVA to let the cooling fluid to complete a circulation pattern and to be cooled by transferring heat through the fins to the ambient air.
Material: Cold rolled steel according to EN10130.
Material thickness: 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm
Fin Width: 400 mm to 1600 mm
Fin Height: 40 mm to 400 mm
Fin Pitch: 40 mm to 100 mm
Edge Bending: θ = 45, 90, 180 and 270 degrees
Embossing: Available upon customer request
Spot welding on Embossing: Available upon customer request
Stiffener: Available in Φ8 mm or as per customer's requirements
Quality Control: Leakage control by penetrant test （PT).
